After I ordered I saw one of the cooks open the charbroiler and it was filled with delicious pollo a la braza! I’m going to have to try that next time but for now my chicken sandwich: it’s served with fries that were crispy and piping hot, but the best part was the sandwich.

The restaurant has been gorgeously redone inside. I finally had a few spare minutes so I stopped in for lunch while passing by the other day. I think one thing this area has a shortage of is amazing Pollo a la braza spots that are abundant in other areas. I’ve passed this place a bunch of times on my way to and from work and have been meaning to try it.
